By creating an account or using Inktrail, you agree to these terms.

The service

Inktrail lets you track books, connect with friends, and share reading progress. Features may change as we improve the app.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Inktrail.

Acceptable use

• Do not harass, impersonate, or post unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use Inktrail for commercial spam or unauthorized automation.

Content

Book metadata and cover art may come from third-party catalogs. You retain ownership of your reading data; you grant us a license to host and display it to provide the service (including to friends you choose).

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

Disclaimer

Inktrail is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
